Compare with the ordinary lathe, the “Jing Sheng” brand lathe has an inapproachable advantage in overlength bar processing. The scope of application of the ordinary lathe is the shorter bar processing, while there will be a limit on major axis type. Theortically the centreless lathe could process the infinite long work. And the efficiency will has a doubly promotion. So the production costs can be greatly reduced. The centreless lathe is widely used in the delimbing of stainless steel, bearing steel, titanium alloy and other upscale alloy, spring steel, alloy tool steel, carbon tool steel, high-quality carbon steel, alloy structure steel, non-quenched and non-tempered steel, ordinary steel products, die steel and all kinds of non-ferrous metal material’s tubulate perform body, major axis type perform body or tubular products, which can get rid of the case hardening layer, crackle and other defects etc and then promote the quality of tubing and component preparations. It was warmly received by the customers.
